Dealing with anything medical is never fun, but I have to say that Jasmeen made the process easy. Extremely professional, very informative and very patient with all of my dumb questions. She is a definite asset to your company.

Last night i had a crucial piece of my CPAP mask break on me. Friday of a long weekend. The front end administrator Lanie not only searched her office and found the specific part i needed.... but she even went above and beyond and dropped it off at my house for me since i wouldn't make it to the office during business hours. Granted i only live a few blocks away, it was the extra mile delivered that has me so happy.Thanks Lanie!!!

I saw Jason August 27 of this year and he help me with getting a mask and tubing so that I can continue to use my CPAP machine. When he realized that my machine was 10 years old he contacted Greenshield for me to ascertain what my eligibility for equipment was through them. He then sent a request to get approval for a new machine. He is the first tech who has gone the extra mile do you help me understand what my eligibility for equipment is and how to go about getting it set up.My CPAP machine ceased working in October and the approval for a new one finally came a week ago.And appointment was set up for me and Jasmeen is the sleep consultant that I had an appointment with. She appeared to be very competent and carefully explained all the functions of the new machine and how to keep it sanitary and ready to use at all times.Jason again contacted Greenshield for more clarification of the equipment approval.Both of these contact with the office were very positive and encouraging. Both Sleep consultants were very professional and I enjoyed the interaction that we had. I would recommend VitalAir as the business to go to for those who need respiratory equipment.

My husband has been to most sleep apnea stores and had terrible experiences. Abbotsford’s VitalAire has the best customer service he has ever seen. The man helping was honest, sincere and helped me by getting my machine going immediately instead of me having to go through a bunch of steps and having to wait to be able to get a good nights sleep again.We would highly recommendThank you !
